I have been doing eyebrow embroidery (Bonbrow) for the last few months and I am quite satisfied with it. Now I did the semi-permanent eyeliner at the shop of Empro Cosmetic in Sungai Wang, Kuala Lumpur. I like the team of specialists there, they are so friendly, polite and patient enough to answer all of my questions.
As I know, Empro have total of 4 outlets in Kuala Lumpur area and I visited 3 of them. The one in Sungai Wang and IKANO are highly recommended, as there is a hidden room for you to lay down on a chair/bed when doing the treatments. Unlike the Midvalley outlets doesn't have a shop, it's just a small booth in the center and it is open, you will feel uneasy because everyone could see what they are doing there for you.
The price of eyeliner is RM225 after 10% discount off which applied for existing member only including one touch up for free within 2 months. The process on putting this eyeliner is kinda painful. First, they will apply numbing cream on my both eyes and let it wait for about 20 minutes. They cover it with some clear plastic to prevent your eyes open while waiting the numbing cream melt on your eyes. Over 20 minutes is up, they will apply some numbing cream again and start to poke on your eyelids with the needle and color.
Normally after 4 or 5 rounds they poke will see the colors all stain in your eyelids but for me, I need 8, 9 rounds only can see the color. Honestly, it was rather itchy and painful after the numb feeling has past. My tears keep falling as it was so irritated about the poking process. Oh ya...For contact lens users, you must take it off before get started. After this treatment, you must not wash your eyes and soaked it in water within 3 days and avoid eating ginger, seafoods, and eggs for a few days. They told me that around 10 days later, the color will peeled off and faded away to become your true color on your skin of eyelids. I doubt that I still need to go for second touch up, I believe that the color will not able to see anymore after it peeled off.
However, I will update more again after several days.
