人体24小时使用手册

爱熬夜的朋友要多留意身体哦!长时间熬夜的朋友,不妨多喝绿茶,因为绿茶除了能提神和养神之效,更具备提高人体免疫能力和抗癌的功效。此外,还能补充水分,排除身体内的毒素,还可以预防电脑辐射线。

其实我也是熬夜之一,喜欢到晚上的时候才工作,都会在长达的时间对着电脑或追看电视剧,直到眼睛累到不行,才甘言去休息。也许觉得年龄大了,身体很容易疲倦,有时候还会风湿痛,身体终于开始亮起红灯了。

据说长期熬夜的人,比较容易发脾气,精神抑郁度较高,更易遭癌症之害,因为癌细胞是在细胞分裂中产生的,而细胞分裂多在睡眠中进行。熬夜使睡眠规律发生紊乱,影响细胞正常分裂,从而导致细胞突变,产生癌细胞。健康的生活习惯和有规律的睡眠可使体内的荷尔蒙正常分泌,并保持相对平衡,从而保证生命器官在一个稳定的内环境中工作。如果经常熬夜,正常运行规律就会被扰乱,激素的分泌规律也不同程度的损害,从而危害健康。

唯一的是经常熬夜的人记忆力会更强,思维更敏捷,所以早睡早起肯定有坏处,但跟好处比起来就微不足道了。请参考以下人体 24 小时的排毒时间。

晚上 9-11点为免疫系统(淋巴)排毒时间,此段时间应安静或听音乐
晚间 11-凌晨1点,肝的排毒,需在熟睡中进行。
凌晨 1-3点,胆的排毒,亦同。
凌晨 3-5点,肺的排毒。此即为何咳嗽的人在这段时间咳得最剧烈,因排毒动作已走到肺;不应用止咳药,以免抑制废积物的排除。
凌晨 5-7点,大肠的排毒,应上厕所排便。
早上 7-9点,小肠大量吸收营养的时段,应吃早餐。
疗病者最好早吃,在6点半前,养生者在7点半前
不吃早餐者应改变习惯,即使拖到9、10点吃都比不吃好。
半夜凌晨4点为脊椎造血时段,必须熟睡,不宜熬夜。

附:人体24小时使用手册 :
1∶00 人体进入浅睡阶段,易醒。此时头脑较清楚,熬夜者想睡反而睡不着。
2∶00 绝大多数器官处于一天中工作最慢的状态,肝脏却在紧张工作,生血气为人体排毒。
3∶00 进入深度睡眠阶段,肌肉完全放松。
4∶00 “黎明前的黑暗”时刻,老年人最易发生意外。血压处于一天中最低值,糖尿病病人易出现低血糖,心脑血管患者易发生心梗等。
5∶00 阳气逐渐升华,精神状态饱满。
6∶00 血压开始升高,心跳逐渐加快。高血压患者得吃降压药了。
7∶00 人体免疫力最强。吃完早饭,营养逐渐被人体吸收。
8∶00 各项生理激素分泌旺盛,开始进入工作状态。
9∶00 适合打针、手术、做体检等。此时人体气血活跃,大脑皮层兴奋,痛感降低。
10∶00 工作效率最高。
10∶00-11∶00属于人体的第一个黄金时段。心脏充分发挥其功能,精力充沛,不会感到疲劳。
12∶00 紧张工作一上午后,需要休息。
12∶00-13∶00是最佳"子午觉"时间。不宜疲劳作战,最好躺着休息半小时至一小时。
14∶00 反应迟钝。易有昏昏欲睡之感,人体应激能力降低。
15∶00 午饭营养吸收后逐渐被输送到全身,工作能力开始恢复。
15∶00-17∶00为人体第二个黄金时段。最适宜开会、公关、接待重要客人。
16∶00 血糖开始升高,有虚火者此时表现明显。阳虚、肺结核等患者的脸部最红。
17∶00 工作效率达到午后时间的最高值,也适宜进行体育锻炼。
18∶00 人体敏感度下降,痛觉随之再度降低。
19∶00 最易发生争吵。此时是人体血压波动的晚高峰,人们的情绪最不稳定。
20∶00 人体进入第三个黄金阶段。记忆力最强,大脑反应异常迅速。
20∶00-21∶00适合做作业、阅读、创作、锻炼等。
22∶00 适合梳洗。呼吸开始减慢,体温逐渐下降。最好在十点半泡脚后上床,能很快入睡。
23∶00 阳气微弱,人体功能下降,开始逐渐进入深度睡眠,一天的疲劳开始缓解。
24∶00 气血处于一天中的最低值,除了休息,不宜进行任何活动

    海底椰罗汉果糖水

    最近天气炎热,突然心血来潮想煮一些糖水来喝,就去巴刹买了一包新鲜的嫩海底椰,过后到药材店里买了罗汉果和一些材料。据说海底椰是一种夏季常见的汤料,有滋阴润肺、除燥清热、润肺止咳等作用,所以就决定要煮 “海底椰罗汉果糖水”。

    做法很简单,先把水煮滚,然后把所有的材料放进去,过了20分钟后就把罗汉果加进去。这样做的原因是想先把海底椰煮透和听说罗汉果不能煮太久的,所以就到最后才加进去。我的妈妈曾经煮太久,当我们喝了后,喉咙就感觉不舒服了。这个糖水只要煮一个小时就够了。现在自己搬出来住后,就要自己煮了,这次也是小妹第一次煮的糖水。我和我的男朋友都很爱喝,尤其放进冰箱里,更加津津有味哦。如果买不到新鲜的海底椰,也可以买罐装的蜜糖海底椰。然后再根据个人口味调整甜味即可。


    假设你嫌麻烦,有个比较简单的做法是,你可以加一点红枣,龙眼,罗汉果,海底椰,和一些片糖调味,煮45分钟或一小时后就完成咯。

    [制法] 1. 罗汉果洗净、压碎,山楂洗净,与罗汉果同放锅中。 2.锅内加净水,上火煮熟后,去渣留汁倒入杯中。 3. 将蜂蜜适量放入杯中,搅匀,作夏季饮料饮用。

    Prepare for Friend's Wedding Dinner

    VivienHo14th November 2010 - The day is one of my best friend's wedding day. (Henry and Sharon) So I was selected to be my friend's bridesmaid and everyone is wearing pink dress as the role of bridesmaid (Cantonese is Ji Mui).

    In the early morning, we need to reached the bride's house at 7 a.m to prepare the marriage games for bridegroom's friends, so called "brothers". There is some interesting game such as Yoga poses, drink 4 types of juices, glue a love shape by red bean, sing a love song and more.

    In the same day we had a wedding dinner at 6 a.m. I am actually no time to get a rest after back from the bridegroom's house where it located in Kajang, Saujana Villa and it took about one hour to reach my home. So I have only 2 hours for me to take a bath, make-up, set hair and wear my dinner dress. And yes, the picture is when I was preparing to go for wedding dinner (after make up look).

    The Power of Make-Up

    My love affair with make-up began when I was 15 years old. I have a fair eyes lashes, and it was at that age that I wore mascara for the first time. Everyone around me commented on how is the radical change was and how good I looked, and I loved the appreciation.

    Vivien's Tips
    • Start eye make-up by curling your eyelashes. It opens up the eyes, which instantly makes you look younger. Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers give the best result. How? Look down and clench the curlers as close to the root as possible. Repeat a couple more times, gradually moving the curlers further out along the lashes.
    • The most universally beautifying make-up product is mascara. It intensifies, defines and brings out the eye. My favorites are Channel Inimitable for long, defined lashes, and YSL Faux Clis. Apply it to the top and bottom lashes, dragging out at the outer corner of the eye for a sexier look.
    • A cream blush will give a fresh, healthy summer glow and is perfect for the beach. For best results, smile and apply to the apple of the cheek, blend well, to avoid any lines and edges, then build up color to the desired effect. Try Mac Blush-creme in Posey, Laid Back or Liliscrent.
    • Bobbi Brown Eye Brightener is my favorite for the under-eye area, as it smoothes over any shadows. You will instantly look more awake and youthful. Blend it well with your finger. Laura Mercer Secret Brightening Powder, applied with a small brush, is the final touch for a fresh, no shadows look.
    • Light-colored lipsticks and glosses make lips look bigger. Chanel makes gorgeous glosses in pretty, juicy shades. My favorite is Levres Scintillantes in Pralines No.46. The texture is so good that it slides onto the lips and stays on without feeling sticky.

    The Face Massage and Head Massage is a particularly pleasurable experience most people will be surprised at the amount of tension they hold here, particularly around the jaw. There is not usually time for a full face and head massage as part of full-body massage. You might like to try it on its own or in combination with a back and shoulder.

    Face Massage Steps:
    1. Cup hands around the head, with thumbs resting on the forehead and fingertips at the temples. Smooth out the forehead in strips-starting along the eyebrows, working up toward the hairline.
    2. Press between the eyebrows with your thumbs. Repeat, moving up the center of the forehead to the hairline.
    3. Massage temples, using circular motion with fingers. Continue circles down along the jawbone to chin.
    4. Using your fingertips, draw a line under the cheekbone and out to the temples. Repeat, taking the line lower down the cheek each time.
    5. Use the fingertips to draw a big mustache shape from the upper lip out to the temples, and circle the temples one more time.
    6. Press softly around the upper bone of the eye sockets, starting from the bridge of the nose, out to the corner of the eye. Repeat, this time working carefully around the eye socket under the eyes.
    7. Gently massage the ears between your thumbs and fingers, starting at the earlobe and moving around and up to the top of the ear.
    8. Pull ears very gently, again starting with the lobe and moving gradually to the top of the ear.
    9. Cup hands and rest them over the eyes (It's best to warm your partner before you do this). Ask your partner to breathe in and out deeply several times. Release the hands.
    Massage Don'ts:

    The throat is another vulnerable area of the body. Although the sides and back of the neck can be massaged, avoid working directly across the throat itself.
    The face is naturally more oily than the other parts of the body. Unless the receiver has particularly dry skin, you will not need to add extra oil at this stage.

    Head Massage Steps:
    1. Cup forehead in hands once more and press in the middle of the forehead at hairline. Continue pressing upward to the crown of the head.
    2. Supporting the head in the hands and with fingers at the base of the skull, massage the entire scalp.
    3. Draw fingers lightly through the hair several times, and off at the crown.
    Massage Tips:

    If your partners hair is very thick, avoid the possibility of getting your fingers caught in tangles by drawing your fingers over the top of the hair instead.

    龍眼豆奶小布丁的简单做法(2)!

    燕菜 20gm
    龙眼 1 罐
    清水+豆浆 2 Litre
    糖 150gm
    斑兰 2叶

    做法:
    1. 先把 1 litre 的水和斑兰一起煮滚,香味出来后,然后加上 150gm糖。
    2. 边搞边煮至溶,然后加入豆浆。最后,加上适量的龙眼。
    3. 倒入容器中,放入冰箱待凝固。
    4. 香味可口的龙眼豆奶布丁完成!

    材料:
    豆奶325毫升,果凍粉1包,鮮奶350毫升,cendol適量,清水275毫升,糖100克,罐頭龍眼1罐,糖水適量

    做法:
    1. 把清水、糖和果凍粉邊攪邊煮至溶,然後加入豆奶、鮮奶
    和 cendol 攪煮至滾 ,倒入容器中,放入冰箱待凝固。
    2. 取出豆奶布丁,加入龍眼及糖水即可食用。



    INGREDIENTS
    325ml soy milk, 1 packet jelly powder, 350ml fresh milk, cendol, as required, 275ml water, 100g sugar, 1 canned longan, syrup, as required
    METHOD
    1. Pour water into a saucepan. Add sugar and jelly powder.
    Keep on stirring while dissolving the sugar and jelly
    powder over low heat. Then, add the soy milk, fresh milk and cendol. Bring the mixture to boil, while continue to stir the mixture. Pour the contents into a container and set aside to cool before placing it in the refrigerator to chill.
    2. When the soy milk pudding has set, remove from the
    refrigerator. Serve together with longan and syrup.
